Welcome to Rawly Chews. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

This website is operated by Rawly Chews, a New Zealand–based small business specialising in dehydrated pet treats. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rawly Chews.
2. Eligibility
To use our services or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Product Information
All products are natural, minimally processed, and meant exclusively for pet consumption. Each product listing includes feeding guidelines and ingredients. Treats should be given under supervision and with access to fresh water. If your pet has specific dietary or health needs, consult your vet before use.
4. Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time. Promotions and discounts are subject to terms and may be revoked at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location. Rawly Chews is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or natural events.
Shipping Rates: Displayed at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Tracking: All parcels include tracking.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and natural nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return: - Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our error.
7. SMS/Text & Email Communication
By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive occasional marketing messages and order updates. You can opt out at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in the messages.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect personal data such as your name, address, and contact details solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving our service. We never sell or share your information without your consent, except where legally required.
9. User Content & Conduct
You may submit reviews, testimonials, or feedback. By doing so, you grant Rawly Chews permission to use, edit, and publish your content for marketing purposes. We reserve the right to remove offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Our treats are intended as supplements or rewards, not as complete meals. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or misuse of our products. Use is at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rawly Chews will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
